Refund and Charges Policy

Clear Lugs aims to provide a friendly, experienced, and transparent ear wax removal service.

Service pricing

• One ear: £30

• Both ears: £45

 

No wax, no fee

If, following assessment, no ear wax is present and no removal is required, no treatment fee will be charged.

 

Clinical safety

When treatment cannot go ahead - If ear wax is present but cannot be safely removed on the day due to safety reasons (such as pain, inflammation, or other contraindications), no treatment fee will be charged. This decision is always made in the client’s best interests.  

 

Travel charges

Aberdeen City: £10 travel fee
Outside Aberdeen City: £1 per mile (return journey)

Travel charges are payable once the appointment has taken place, even if no wax is found or treatment cannot proceed, as time and travel have been provided.

 

Payments

Payment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

Exceptional circumstances

Clear Lugs understands that every situation is different and aims to be fair and reasonable at all times. Any fee adjustments or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to ask before booking.
